Twenty-five years old today and a mother of a gorgeous son, I live in Peristeri, a west suburb of Athens, Greece. A graduate of Communication and Media Studies in the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, also owning a master in European and International Studies, I remember myself pretending to be a journalist since I was 10, taking quick notes when my parents watched the news and then trying to repeat them in my own words…My concept of journalism? Read between the lines, have no fear of expressing yourself, dare to be unpleasant when it’s necessary. Remember, there is just one truth, but too many, different ways to see it. Life moto: ‘‘I may not agree with what you say but I will defend to the death your right to say it’’.
