Comments policy

We permit comments and trackbacks on the majority of our articles. Anyone may comment. Comments are subject to moderation, filtering, spell checking, editing, and removal without cause or justification.

All comments are reviewed by comment spamming software and by the site administrators and may be removed without cause at any time. All information provided is volunteered by you. We do not collect and save information provided when commenting such as email address and will not use this information except where indicated. This site and its representatives will not be held responsible for errors in any comment submissions.

By submitting a comment on our website, you are agreeing to hold this site, Chameleon Project, and all subsidiaries and representatives harmless from any and all repercussions, damages, or liability.

We reserve all rights of refusal and deletion of any and all comments and trackbacks.

The Comments section is a free service to any user and does not require email registration, but you must abide by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Reading a message and posting a message will constitute acceptance of the terms and conditions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not read or post messages.

3.To cause any screen to "scroll" faster than other users are able to type to it or any action to a similar disruptive effect;

4.To impersonate any person;

5.To disrupt the normal flow of dialogue or otherwise act in a manner that negatively affects other participants;

6.To post or transmit any unsolicited advertising, promotional materials, or any other forms of solicitation, except in any areas that are designated for such a purpose; and

7.To intentionally or unintentionally violate any applicable local, regional, national or international law, including but not limited to any regulations having the force of law.

8.Any posting which violates these terms will be removed and Ovi magazine reserves the right to ban any persistent violators of these Standards.

9. You may not post any message in the Comments section which is an advertisement.

10. You may not, in the course of business, post any message in the Comments section which amounts to investment advice or arranging a deal in an investment. There are serious penalties for conducting or attempting to conduct unauthorised investment advice on the internet.

Our members must also respect the spirit and tone of our community. Breaking these terms and conditions which includes failing to respect the spirit and tone of the community or postings/ emails which demand a disproportionate amount of time and moderation by the Ovi Team may result in your IP being banned.

If you continue to contravene these Terms and Conditions or post during a suspension or ban, we reserve the right to contact your Internet Service Provider or employer.
