Call my name
By Daniel Ajayi

Distance borders seen in the circle of red sea
Little brother, wonder what kind of head cut
Very tender, her heart such loved by the one
I ponder and rage thunder to know my name

red01_400Tongue in bitter state, tasted sweet
Head remain the same, as bet placed
Dreams are reaching for shooting stars
I’m honoured to be called in your presence

What’s my name?
the colour of your skin
Continent of your dreams
Call my name, what I want.

Daniel Ajayi, a Nigerian devoted poet who infuse passion in words.
